At Reel Therapy Charters, we are committed to providing the best fishing experience possible. However, certain factors may be beyond our control, including:

Weather and Water Conditions: Changes in weather or water conditions may affect trip schedules or outcomes.
Travel and Accommodations: We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation issues related to your trip.
Mechanical Failures: Despite our efforts to maintain and care for our boats and equipment, mechanical issues may arise. In such cases, we will make every attempt to continue services using alternative boats from our fleet or through subcontracting.
Changes in Fishing Regulations: New or amended regulations may impact the scope of your fishing trip.

To maintain a safe and professional experience, we may supplement our services with subcontracted boats, guides, equipment, and accommodations at our discretion.

Booking
Trip dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
We can hold trip dates with a 50% deposit.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at least 30 days in advance to confirm your booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 30 days’ notice: A full refund will be provided.
Within 30 days of scheduled trip: Payment will be withheld but can be transferred to reschedule your trip within one year of the original booking, subject to availability and under the same terms.
Within 7 days or less of scheduled trip: Payment will be forfeited.
